We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@bellezawebshop.com within 30 days of delivery of your order. We will be happy to help you return your order to us for a refund.

The warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

• The merchandise must not be damaged. The original packaging must be present;
• The goods must be able to be resold by us;
• Upon receipt by us of the returned goods, the order will be cancelled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account within 30 days of cancellation, based on the original payment.
• Cancellations of orders must be made in writing to us.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

• Goods ordered for business projects;

• Customized Goods. Such specially ordered and/or custom goods cannot be returned.
